本机供涤面、纯棉、混纺、化纤织物或其他织物印花后的蒸化固色
This range is applied for steaming and color fixing after the fabrics being printing ,such as the fabrics of polyester/cittibmbkebds abd chemical fibre.

1.进布架：Fabric entry scattold
2.开幅装置：Opening apparus way
3.长环蒸化器：Loop ager
  主要包括离心风机，蒸汽箱头段和尾段以及若干中段(每个中段容布量70m,每中段带二个循环风机，二个加热器等)，带蒸汽加热的顶，进出布气风口，带照明的观察窗、进布辊、链条导轨、挂布辊链条、链轮、挂布辊、主传动、空气含量测试仪、电器柜、带离合器的出布调速装置等。
  Mainly include : exhaust fan , entry and exit sections of steamer and Several inter mediate sections .( fabric capacity of each 70m ,with two recirculation fans and tus heating radiators ect .) ,heated roof , entry and exit locks in floor , viewing , windows with lighting fittings , entry roller 、chain guide tracks 、supporting rod chain 、chain wheel 、supporting test instrment、electrical switchgear 、exit roller with clutch 、fabric exit speed regulator with detecting device for fabric capacity ect
4.给湿装置：Steam humidifier
主要包括离心泵、喷嘴、阀门和管件。温度波动可控制在2℃。
Manly include: Multievel centrifugal pump , spray nozzle , Valve and pipework. COmpensating temperature fluctuations up to Max 2℃.
5.饱和蒸汽发生器：Steam saturator
6.新空气补给装置：Fresh air supplying device
7.一套安装管件：A set of installation pipework
主要包括带过滤网的截止阀、减压阀、汽水分离器等。
Mainly including main stop valve with fiter, reducer valve ,steam And water separator.
