   摘要：现代纺纱技术的应用彻底改变了人们对传统纺纱行业用工多、劳动强度高、劳动环境差的陈旧观念，实现了纺织行业从“劳动密集型”向“资金、技术密集型”的深刻转变。如何使员工技术操作技术水平尽快适应震纶棉纺转型升级的步伐，这是摆在公司各层管理人员和全体员工面前的新课题。

   Abstract  the application of the modern spinning technology thoroughly changed the people’s traditional concept which used to be more labors, more works and bad environment. It also realized the transformation in the textile field from labor concentration to capital and technical concentration. How to make our operators and technicians adapt to the new revolution of our Zhenlun spinning is the prior subject for the administrators and all our employees.
