Application

As a key part ofcovering machine, the series are used for winding the chemical fibres like silk,polyester filament or cotton on the spandex core yarn (single color or doublecolors) in helix. In this way, the covering yarn will get not only theelasticity as spandex but also the appearance as the outsourcing yarn, whichcan supply perfect covering yarns for producing elastic woven and knit fabric.

Main technicalfeatures

The spindles aresupported by two imported special bearings with upper and lower rubber dampingsfor lower vibration and noise. The high-speed spindles are designed in rational structure, which can form a specialair channel to help to cool the bearings.
