  单机头双系统机型。此机型配备了先进的起底板装置和切夹纱装置。通过分段控制,可调节的牵拉转速,满足各种不同织物组织的牵拉需求,完成复杂花型的编织工作。
  配合两侧的切夹纱装置,有效的减少了纱线的浪费,提高了生产效率。
  机器具备全新的控制系统,可升级至自动编排32把纱嘴的花型,并同时自动调整这些纱嘴的编织停放位置而不会出现任何问题。
  系统可以完成在同一行中多把纱嘴的合并编织工作,不但提高了生产效率,而且同时也完成了诸如嵌花和织可穿等复杂花型的编织工作。
  此机型还具备动态线圈密度功能,可以使密度马达在花型的同一行编织过程中,调节线圈密度的大小。同时具备的动态机器速度功能,可以机头在花型的同一行编织过程中改变它的运行速度。这项重要的创新功能,使得生产时间减少了20%。
  全新的控制系统可以在共用一个服务器的前提下,在各机台之间建立网络连接。利用这项功能,我们就可以在机器间进行花型的传输和共享,以及查阅各机台生产控制的数据报告。

自动调整纱嘴位置 系统可以在机器上自动调整纱嘴编织时的停放位置。通过此项功能,纱嘴可以时刻紧随在织物的两边而不需做任何复杂的调整。基于这个特性,使我们可以在机器花型参数的调整上节省大量的时间,特别是一些复杂的花型。
