三、優勢及特點

　　（一）A303：INTOMA A-303平網噴墨直接製版系統，採用日本高精度壓電式2880DPI噴頭，所有程式和機台全部自行製造，服務有保障。噴墨制網機產品製網過程十分簡便，制網機讀取經電腦分色處理生成圖像檔後，驅動噴墨打印頭在塗有感光膠的平網上直接打印圖案，經感光沖洗後即可濩得生產用的網板。

　　INTOMA A303 is INJECT PRINTER for flat screen engraving,we beside adopt and provide high precise nozzle with piezo type, Japan. Meanwhile the machine construction and driving program is designed and manufactured by ourselves.

　　（二）CL-800

　　1.全自動展開世滑條中心校正機
　　入口校正第一道對邊工作。採用

全自動超精密之紅外線電眼追蹤校正，不受布種限制，修整不會產生皺紋。
　　1.The first step of edge alignment when cloth feeding. It employs automatic infrared electric eyes, which makes auto adjustment extremely accurate. Cloth feeding without crease even with different varies of cloth.

　　2.滑條導布器
　　採用導布對邊機，氣壓式布邊調整機、同步送布輪、同步送布機無張力連續貼布及送布。入布平整、不捲曲、不起皺，各類布種其寬度均不改變。
　　2.It employs cloth guider and edge alignment, pneumatic cloth edge adjuster. Synchronous clothe feeding roller synchronous cloth-feeders. Cloth is fed steadily without creases curled edges, cloth width will not change even with different varies of cloths.

　　3.水膠上膠機構(AUTO GLUING DEVICE)
　　3-1短纖織物專門，氣壓升降，操作迅速簡單，可自行調整上膠寬度。

　　3-2皮帶膠上膠機構
　　長纖織物專用，手動升降調整座搭配不銹鋼刮刀，不易磨損，上膠平順。
　　3-2.For synthetically fabric use especially. User can lift up the adjustable seat or down by manual control. Equipped with the stainless holder and durable squeegee that makes gluing extremely smoothly.

　　4. 印花皮帶傳動機構(PRINTING BELT DRIVING DEVICE)
　　4-1伺服傳動機構
　　依照機械尺寸配置7.5~20HP之日本伺服馬達與驅動器，經減速機(1:30 OR 1:40) 帶動400mm研磨滾輪，定位準確。
　　4-1.According to the size of machine, we employ servomotor and driver (7.5~20HP) the transmission roller (400mm) is driven by reducer (1:20 or 1:40), so that the positioning is exactly.

　　5. 印刷機構(PRINTING DEVICE)
　　5-1扇形刮刀印刷座
　　快速置刀設計，縮短換版時間，刮刀傾斜75°，刮印滲透力強。最適用於針織布印花。
　　5-2恆壓刮刀印刷座
　　刮刀壓力自由控制，左右兩邊恆保相同壓力，刮刀角度可調整為75°~90°最適用於絲綢布類及較大接版長度之印花。

　　5-1.Installation of the s

creen and squeegee is fast because of the special design. The squeegee with 75 oblique angle and adjustable pressure makes the pigment strongly permeates into the fiber. Best fir for knitted textile.
　　5-2.Squeegee pressure controlled automatically, so that both sides of squeegee keep in the same pressure constantly. The angle of squeegee can be adjusted range from 75 to 90 degree. Best fit for silk cloth or printing in larger repeat range.
　　5-3.Printing 8 frames are controlled by separate motors independent.

　　6. 全自動皮帶水洗機構(AUTOMATIC BELT CLEANING DEVICE)
　　皮帶自動水洗裝置，本機構由三支輻射式毛刷及不銹鋼槽所構成的氣動式水洗裝置所組成，可撤底清除皮帶上的棉層，二支刮水刮刀可以刮淨皮帶之之色漿污漬及水分，本裝置可由機體側面拉出清潔保養。

　　皮帶預洗機構，刮預洗清除皮帶上沾染之大部份色漿。

　　8. 印花機電腦控制系統(COMPUTERIZED CONTROL SYSTEM)
　　全自動電腦化控制系統，本電腦採用日本富士控制系統，為全機之指揮中樞。機台之操作說明、動作狀況、定位檢查、異樣檢查，皆可在螢幕上顯示出來，一目了然、維修容易。

　　9. 升降機構 (LIFT-UP OR DOWN DEVICE)
　　伺服升降機構，依照機械尺寸配置4.4KW之伺服馬達，以此驅動曲臂並完成版框升降之動作

　　10. 布匹烘箱(DRYER)
　　 烘箱系統
　　(1)採用五層鐵氟龍帶送布，使布在進行中，不致於產生張力，效果表現在伸縮量大的針織布中，你會發覺烘乾後的布幅不會縮，布邊不會捲邊。
　　(2)送風以八個馬達平均送風，風量均勻，溫度彩自動控制，可避免烘乾後布邊產生色差。
　　(3)速度與印花機同步連線，控制採用日本變頻器，故障少操作方便。
　　(4)熱源之選擇有A.瓦斯B.蒸氣C.熱煤油。

　　易操作,低成本：
　　連續供墨系統 採用噴墨直接制網，無須其它中間介質，直接獲取生產用平網。同時，噴墨制網液成本極低，免去常年輸出底片的大筆支出。經計算，制網的成本在每平方米約RMB 2-6元。( PS.滿底花位元大版需要RMB6元)

　　高精度：HP系列噴墨制網機產品採用高精度交流伺服系統，列印定位精度高達0.015毫米，採用壓電式噴墨打印頭，制網精度為360/540/720/1440DPI可選，滿足各種印花和印刷絲網的制網要求，可實現高精度的雲紋(漸層效果)、細線條等圖案，提高產品品質，減少膠片曝光的網點損失，同時解決拼版問題。
