本机是将棉、毛、化纤及混纺纱的两股或者三股合为一般用于捻线或倍捻的纺织设备。

主要特点：

一、机身简洁易于安装与调整。

二、并纱线速度高达600米/分，这是目前国内外公认的理想高速级并纱速度。

三、断纱自停系统是本机独有的机械与电子相结合的系统。其中引发动作的磁电传感器电路环节少，因此，比光电式、电容式、压电式等任何一种传感器反应快，而且抗环境干扰性强，所以电机断纱后被卷绕的纱头几乎没有浪费，达到先进水平。

四、本机设有电切断装置，电切断装置在切断股纱的同时，纱铲将运转中的筒纱托起使其脱离导纱槽筒，并将股纱顶出槽筒的沟槽，另外，电切断装置还能握持未断股纱从而方便了操作。

五、筒锭支承部件具有使卷绕筒子对导纱槽筒的压力从小纱到大纱，按从大到小有规律的变化，其变化规律还可按工艺要求进行调节，这一功能的设置是筒子成形质量提高的有力保证。

六、为了方便管理，本机还在每锭上设置了预置式数显电子计长表，这种表使用方便计长准确，是现代管理的必备手段。

七、本机的纱路短易于操作。

八、本机还设置了变频调速装置，使并纱线速度在200米/分至600米/分范围内无级调控。

九、用户也可选配空气捻接器。

The machine is used for doubling two or three yarn of cotton, wool, chemical fiber or their bledds to plied yarn which to be used for Twister or Two-for-one Twister.

3.The Auto-stop mechanism for break-end is owned only by the machine which is combined with the mechenics and electronics, and there are few magnet electronics elements in it.So the sensor reacts fasters than photoelectricity, capacitance and piezoelectricity ect. any other styles. And it has strong ability to untiinterference.So the yarn winded after break end is nearly no waster.

4.The machine is equipped with electricity cuttting devicre.It can cut the plied yarn and hold up th e bobbin which is running to make it away from drum and prop up plied yarn out of the plow groove of the drum with the yarn shovel at the same time. The electric cutting device can hold the unbreakaged yarn for easy operation.

5.The supporting part of the bobbin can make the pressure from winding bobbin to guiding drum change with the diameter of the bobbin tegularly according to the technological requirements. This kind of design can be ensured by the quality of shaped bobbin.

6.In order to manage, the machine is equipped with presetting digital display electronic length-counting meter to tach spindle with the operation easliy and the counting length exectly.

7.The machine is easy to operate because its yarn path is short.

8.The machine is also set converter to control the doubing speed in the range of 200m/min~600m/min.

9.The air-vortex Twister is optional.
