上海天佑纺织机械有限公司的前身是具有40余年悠久历史的纺机卷绕型设备的专业制造厂上海第二丝绸机械厂(上海高新技术企业)。随着公司的不断发展壮大，2011年上海天佑纺机在浙江桐乡市开设工厂，上海公司则主管研发和销售。

　　多年来，公司坚持走“科技创新”的道路，不断致力于研发新品、持续优化和提升产品线，努力打造中国精密络筒机的名牌产品。目前，企业产品已形成精密高速络筒机、精密络筒机、络丝机、摇绞机、捻丝机、撑丝机等数十个品种三大系列。公司开发的部分产品同时获得国家级新产品称号，多项产品被上海市高新技术成果中心认定为高新技术成果转化项目。
