HLC series smart electromagnetic flower is speed-test meter which combines the advantages of  vortex flowmeter and electromagnetic flowmeter, designed as a high-technology measurement with a low price. HLC series meter chooses the technology of SCM, micropower, which has stable parts, simple structure. All for ensuring high accuracy ,wide range, no zero drift, easy installation and maintenance, etc . Conductive liquid like acid alkali salt, strong corrosive liquid like pulp, mud wastewater and Solid-liquid volumetric flow rate of the suspension.  The product has been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, spinning, food, pharmacy, papermaking industries and environmental protection, municipal administration, water conservancy construction area and other fields.

Feature: HLC series electromagnetic smart flowmeter(hereinafter referred to as flowmeter)  belongs to our company which is applied advanced electrogenetic digital detecting technology .flowmeter is made up of flowmeter and monitor(header).this series flow meter’s design combines the advantages of eletrogenetic flowmeter and vortex flowmeter ,concerned of oilfield actual situation, minimize the weakness, then it has this notable feature:

⑴No mechanical wear ,flow meter’s construction is reliable and safe, its flow channel has no movable part, neither lining material ,to avoid mechanical wear ,then improve the working time, easy to use and dismantle. ⑵ It adopts removable or plug-in structure so that easy to check ,facilitate maintenance  and indication error, cycle checking.  Adopted advanced electrogenatic digital detection technology, which has 5 to 8 times stronger ability of flow meter’s anti-earthquake and interference than normal vortex flowmeter. Micro power flowmeter circuit dissipation is only 0.24mW. Selecting 4 * 5# Alkaline batteries as the power supply , which can work continuously for more than 2 years .⑶High temperature and high pressure reinstating components is used in the touch place of media, to comply the medium can resistant  120℃(melt series) ,it also has developed a series products , the nominal diameter DN20-300mm , nominal pressure PN1-72MPa.  Multifunction: flowmeter can illustrate total flow, instaneous flow, daily flow or date and 2600 pasted day. The data will be saved to check. In addition , it can output pulse signal or an analog signal by the RS-485 communication interface we set. Stable performance and high principle: the circuit uses the advanced measure theory, reliable design and 8 nonlinear error correction processing, which makes the meter more stable high principle and long working time.
Purpose and scope:
Mainly used in measuring oil high pressure water injection, water mix , oil-mixed wastewater pumping station and drainage water supply channel. It also widely used in chemical, electrical ,paper-making ,environmental protection and measure the flow of the channel of urban draining and supply. But not for gas, oil, and organic solvent –-the non-conductive medium.
