精镀硬铬钢领

·特性：

1.采用特殊电镀工艺，在钢领表面镀上一层均匀、密致的硬铬层，造成与钢丝圈表面的异相摩擦，减少粘连磨损所造成的早期衰退现象，从而大幅度提高钢领使用寿命。

2.钢领表面经过精密抛光，有较高的光洁度，上车走熟期较短。

采用高级钛合金材料研制而成。内部晶粒结构紧密、细致。热处理性能更稳定，变形量极小。

优良的使用性能：

·表面采用高科技复合镀工艺，镀上极薄一层具有自润滑作用的耐磨物质，并渗入钢领表面。上车走熟期极短。

·钢领与钢丝圈接触面属于异相摩擦，因此，不易发生粘连磨损，避免钢领跑道发生早期衰退现象，寿命与传统光面钢领相比可延长至5--7倍。

·卓越的表面处理工艺，使钢领表面几乎永不生锈。

·锡鸥牌钛合金钢领材质极为耐磨，因此，磨损量极微。在翻改纺纱品种时（指中、细支纱）不需拆下，必要时可在车上用柔软织物（或回丝）对跑道进行擦拭清理一次，并换上相应重量的（最好是同型号的）钢丝圈即可进行试纺。
