1. 恒张力控制器张力值可任意调整，能使不同规格拉链配以最佳张力，达到最佳烫带效果。电器部分采用优质配件制造，精密先进，品质稳定。装卸方式采用气缸自动提升部件，方便快捷省力。

4. 常规情况下，大拉链管可以卷50Kg拉链，染色之后，普通拉链烫平机整烫后的拉链或布带将被拉长（经过测试结果为：同一个拉链管的拉链取20段1000mm长的未整烫拉链，整烫之后被拉长10-45mm，20段样品长度在1010-1045之间，拉长比例是1-4.5%）。使用拉链送带机整烫后的拉链，被拉长变形的比例会大幅度缩小（用之前同样的测试方法，结果为：整烫之后被拉长10-15mm，拉长比例降低为1-1.5%）。
