SHGD0102型高速精密络筒机

SHGD0102型高速精密络筒机是借鉴国内外先进络筒技术，结合国内实际生产情况开发的全新机型。该机充分体现了机电一体化的内涵，改变了传统的锭箱、咸形的机械传动方式，做到使用可靠，操作简便，维修方便。该机的特点是卷装容量大，速度高，成形好，配有电子计长装置，张力补偿装置。
　　该机采用单锭独立变频调速，导丝往复机构采用伺服电机结构完成。可在参数范围内通过人机对话形式自由控制卷绕密度及无级调遭，可做松式染色筒子和经纱、纬纱或针织高速退介筒子。可单锭或整机设置所需的工艺要求及卷装形式，也可显示单锭即时状态，如卷装直径、长度、线速度、累计时间和故障状态等。
