Brief introduction of Korea MDH Ceramic Nozzle Products
With adoption of advanced formula technique and German precise machining center the products produced by thecompany are incomparably superior. From test made by textile industrial institution and applications at several users’ factories, it is concluded that the products are better than those of the same kind in many performances. The products have the following features:
1.Entire spray needle made of imported high-density ceramics(Its internal view is given in Fig.1.) lets yarn move smoothly in needlepoint, with small resistance and seldom be broken.
2.Imported high-density ceramics has a high hardness and a big density, and the needle point is ground at high speed with diamond grinding wheel to a finish of 0.2vm, thus resulting in a small water flow resistance and an absenceof turbulence. Thereby a fine and strong stream is so formed as to enhance quality of fabric.
3.Bundling net in nozzle, made of stainless steel, takes the lead in the world at presentand overwhelms plastic bundling net used in the same kind of products, thus greatly improving bundling performance and prolonging service life.
