烘乾縮力完美的追求

東陽精機以30年來一貫秉持的原則－效率，品質與著重手感，體驗客戶及市場的需求，透過與日本技術合作，而逐步發展並改良出「無張力烘乾機」。無張力烘乾機可使得在烘乾過程中的布匹經由強力熱風的吹拉，產生搓揉作用，並藉由獨特設計的輸送網帶變頻獨立速度控制系統，使每一層網上的布匹，收縮及鬆和均達到最大效果，進而產生鬆弛搓揉的手感。此外，無張力烘乾機亦適用於各種平織布、開幅或圓筒針織布，例如化纖、混紡、純棉、毛等的收縮乾燥、樹脂加工，整理乾燥及熱加工處理。

By means of the technical cooperation with Japanese company, we gradually develop and improve the No-Tension Dryer. No-Tension Dryer can make the fabric, during the drying process, form the rubbing function by the blowing and pulling with powerfully hot air; it cab also create the great shrinking and relaxing effects as well as the relaxing and rubbing hand-feelings for the fabric on each belt, by way of the converter individual speed control system of the specially designed conveyor belt. Moreover, the nointension stenter is suitable to shrinking dry, resin finishing, dry and heating processing of the various weaving clothes, wide-opened or tubular knitting clothes, such as chemical fiber, blend fabric, pure cotton, woolen cloth and etc.
