| 作用：本机是将充分开松及混合的原料通过定量给棉，由一高速运转的锡林打击以及通过风机气流的吹吸，使运动的棉在受负压的尘笼上吸附，夹持输出后便成所需产品。 结构：斜帘→水平帘→给棉罗拉→锡林→风机→上下坐笼→输出帘。 特征：本机成网过程采用变速风机循环气流，因而克重范围比较大，根据工艺需要（如热固型），在水平帘上方可加撒粉装置，可定量添加低熔点的高聚物粉末。 |
