FZB型板式自洁滤尘机组

FZB型板式自洁滤尘机组由一级圆盘预过滤器与二级板式自洁滤尘器及附机（包括纤维压紧器，集尘器及风机）组成的机电一体化的滤尘设备。一级滤尘机组主要过滤、分离收集被处理空气中的纤维性及颗粒较大的尘杂，二级滤尘机组主要过滤、分离收集一级过滤后空气中尚含有的微细短绒和粉尘，使空气净化到可以回用或排放的标准。主要适用于棉、毛、丝、麻、化纤及烟草、造纸等行业。
特点：
1.阻力小，能耗低：全机组损一般为100-200Pa，最大250Pa；总装机容量仅为0.86KW（不计纤维压紧器，集尘器及其排尘风机）。
2.占地省：在相同过滤面积条件下，占地面积仅为其它滤尘机组的一半。
3.效率高：合理的吸臂巡回路线，有效的一、二级滤料的配置，使滤尘效率高达98%以上。
4.程控化：采用PC可编程序控制器，自动运行，安全可靠，操作简单。
5.箱体密封性能好：一、二级纤尘分离后的空气仍返回机组箱体，无含尘空气外溢，机械吸臂下端装有清洁吸嘴，使二级密封箱底板不积尘杂。

Type FZC(G) Self-cleaning Panel Filtering Units Synopsis: Type FZB self-cleaning panel filtering unit is a mechanical-electrical-integralization unit, which consisted of 1st-leval disc-preseparator , 2nd-level panel filter and auxiliary equipments ( including fibre-compactor , dust-collector and their fans ) , 1st-level filter mainly used to filtrate air, to separates, to collect the fibrous and larger particulate dust in the air being processed , 2nd-lever filter mainly used to filtrate air , to separate , to collect the short fine fibrous and powder dust in the air after having been processed in 1st-level return air , in order that the air being purified to meet the requirement of outlet or recycle , It can be widely used in textile of cotten , wool , silk , flax jute and tabacoo , paper-making industry etc. Features: 1.Smaller resistance , lower power-consumption : The total resistance of units is usually between 100-200 Pa , maximum is 250 Pa ; The total nominal power is 0.86 kw( not inculde the fibre-compactor, dust-collector and their exhausting fans ). 2.Less occupation :The unit nearly takes just as half-floor area as else filter does for the same filtering areas. 3.High efficiency : Reasonable circulation of sucking arm , and more efficient filtering material of 1st, 2nd-level filtering unit, high filtering efficiency of unit up to more than 99.5%. 4.Program control : Controlled by PC programmable controller , automatic running , safe , reliable, and simple operation. 5.Unit cabinets were hermetically : The air through 1st , 2nd-level dust-separation still returns to filter, hermetic enabled , no leakage of air with dust. At the bottom of sucking arm fixed a sucker that can sucked out the dust on the floor of 2nd-level cabinet.
