我公司生产的预浸设备为二步法生产热熔预浸复合材料设备，主要包括热熔涂胶机和热熔预浸机。生产时，首先在涂胶机上浆树脂涂于离型纸生产出胶膜，然后把胶膜送到预浸机上，使胶膜与增强材料（碳纤维、玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维）复合，再经压辊加热熔化、整平，将胶均匀地浸渍到增强材料里而生产出热熔预浸复合材料品质高，生产效率高，因此运用广泛。
This kind of equipment is suitable for produce hot-melt prepreg composite materials by two-step. It includes hot-melt sizing machine and prepreg machine. During employ, first melt the epoxy resin and coat it on the special paper with sizing machine, then composite the paper with strengthen material（carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber）by prepreg machine, heat and smooth it through the contact roller, make the glue evenly penetrate into the strengthen material, it has high quality and production, with extensive use.
