CY200高速并纱机 

适用范围 
适用于棉，涤、化纤及混纺的合股加工，及不同规格形状的原料筒子，将两股或者三股的纱线并合在倍捻机加工的平行圆柱筒子。 
Applied range
CY200 is applied to the twist of cotton, synthetic, and mixed spinning, and it adapts to different types of material bobbin, it can double two or three yarns to parallel cylindrical bobbin to process in the two-for-one twister next.
特点

1. 采用了单面电机驱动和变频调整，使卷绕线速的调节更简便、工艺调节更灵活；
2. 气动抬升装置，气动铲的设计使得断纱时可立刻铲起筒子，接头十分方便；
3. 张力装置，通过加减张力片很容易地实现张力的调节；
4. 槽筒成形，稳定可靠，适用于多品种；
5. 电子断头检测器及电子定长清纱器装置为一体，既杜绝了单纱及双股回丝的混入，又可得到统一长度纱线的筒子，使产品质量更高；
6. 合理、清晰的导丝结构，适宜的机台高度，极高的车速，最低的能耗与噪音，使操作更具优越性。

Features

1. It adopts single layer motor drive and frequency conversion adjustment, which makes it easier to adjust the winding speed, and it will more flexible to adjust technique parameter;
2. The design of air scoop in aerodynamic lifting device makes the bobbin is spaded immediately when yarn breaking, and it is easy to piecing;
3. The tension device can adjust the yarn tension though plus and minus the pieces of slice;
4. Bobbin forming is stable and reliable which is applicable to many species;
5. CY200 combines e-breakage detectors and fixed-length electronic clearer, it can not only put an end to thread waste mixture of single and double yarns, but also can get the bobbin of unified length yarn, both of them will improve the quality of products;
