YCHN303 Patterns Yarn Twister adopts cutting-edge technology in the control system,which controls of a touch-screen and PLC realizing the integrate control to the whole system.The system therefore promises great real time response,high precision and convenient operation.

YCHN303型花式捻线机采用新型纺机控制系统。该控制系统由触摸屏实现对系统的集中控制。系统实时性好，控制精度高，使用方便。
工艺调控方便、快捷；
各罗拉转速及退捻捻度均可无级调节；
机械转动平稳、噪音低、断头率低；
可连续作业，不停机落纱，产量高；
本机型不仅能喂粗纱(毛条)，也能喂入细纱代替两罗拉纺制圈圈纱和波纹纱。
本机可控制六台变频机，且具有同步调速功能。
本机可实现匀速运行，分段运行和两段随机运行三种方式。
本机可存储运行参数，断电不丢失，并且参数可随时存储及调用。
本机可对参数进行在线调整。
