现已开发生产有多种规格的金属槽筒，可用于络制各种不同锥度筒子及平行筒子，供整经、染色、并纱、并捻、针织、无梭织布等工序使用，适用于棉、麻、毛、绢、化纤及混纺纤维络纱。

●选用新型合金材料，强度高、重量轻、刚度好、防静电、络纱质量高，提高效率。
●采用新型光饰技术，表面粗糙度Ra<0.8um.
●表面镀硬铬，硬度HV900以上，耐磨经用。
●微机动平衡校正，槽筒每端残余不平衡“质径积”mr<25g.mm
●电子导纱仪检测，有可靠的质量保证体系。
