使单色引纬织机简单地升级为双色任意选纬织机。扩大了织造范围，可织造出高附加值的产品。
性能稳定，操作简单，在提高生产效率和织物质量的同时，大大降低了挡车工的劳动强度。
由于舍弃了机械储纬测长用的鼓风电机，大大节省了电力消耗，更免除了更换机械储纬器易损件的费用。
只需简单调节储纬鼓的直径（连续可调）和改变释放圈数，可精确调节纬纱的长度，从而避免了纬纱不必要的浪费。
由于采用了增量型解度编码器，各种引纬参数的调整都可用一只设置终端来完成。

  



 

Upgrade the single insertion looms to two colors pick-at-will looms
simply. With this system the range of the loom weaving is enlarged, then
high added value produced can be woven.
Stable performance, easy to operate. Not only improve production
efficiency and quality of woven cloth, but also reduce the work intensity
of weavers greatly.
Blast motor for measuring length on mechanical weft storage is no
longer used, which saves lots of electrical power and reduces the main
tain costs due to the wearable parts replacing
The weft length can be precisely adjusted by changing the diameter of weft storage drum (adjustable consecutively) and changing the release turns, thus the waste of weft can be avoided.
The incremental encoder sensor secures correct timing for the weft
insertion and all insert parameters can be adjusted by a hand terminal
