喷射式绞纱染色机（常温、高温） TS-NR/TS-HSD

技术特点 Features
1. 本机适用于成胶状真丝、单股细纱、人造丝、绢丝、鞋带、织带、包边带及丝光棉纱的漂白，精炼，染色，水洗及后处理。
This machine is used for bleaching, refining, dyeing, washing and postprocessing, suitable for silk ribbon,single span yarn,spun yarn,real silk,Shoelace,Ribbon,Wrapping belt,mercerized yarn.
2. 常温喷射式绞纱染色机特殊设计低耗电量，高性能的对衡式混流泵，具有流量大，效率高的优点，达到染色绝对均匀，不会有斑染及起毛现象。高温喷射式绞纱染色机配备高性能离心式不锈钢水泵。
Sparging dyeing machine(normal temperature) Specially designed low energy consumption but high efficient mized flow pump offers high flow rate and high efficiency for even dyeing without spots or lousiness. Sparging dyeing machine(high temperature)with high performance centrifugal stainless steel pump.
3. 常温喷射式绞纱染色机采用新型堰流式喷射管，可将染液集于顶端，纱体充分吸收染料而达到100%的均染性。纱体浮起后形成接触，与管身的摩擦力小，避免纱体表面受损。
Sparging dyeing machine(normal temperature),New module flow spray pipe can concentrate dye liquor at the top,thus the tarn will sbsorb the dyestuff to full for 100% even dyeing.The friction between the yarn after floating and the pipes is very small so avoid damage to the serface of the yarn.
4. 特设水量调节器，视染纱量及纱支数、种类，可任意调节水量大小。
Specially designed water yield adjust.
5. 浴比：1:8-12，大量节省水，蒸汽及助剂，也减少了对环境的污染。
Liquor ratio 1:8-12 for water,steam,auxiliaries saving.
