Model LHFU001 Cotton Waste Cleaner
一、产品用途：Application
主要用于棉纺厂回收下脚棉中的可纺纤维，如清钢部、棉斩刀花、扫地花等各种废棉的处理。
Applicable in cotton mills to recover spinnable fibres from such cottn waste as card sweeps,flat strips,sweepimgwaste,ect.
二、工作原理：Working principle
经预处理机处理后的有效纤维吸附到凝棉器尘笼表面，由拨棉打手剥下后落入棉箱，经鼻形打手开松除杂后进入喂给罗拉，再经给棉罗拉与给棉板之间的钳口供齿辊梳理，纤维层得到较好的除杂，在风机作用下吸附在尘笼表面并去除短绒和细小杂质，由一对剥棉罗拉输出，杂质由落杂区叶片阀经风管排出。
Useful fubres are suked to the condenser drum after precleaner,peedled off into the trunk by the strip-ing beater then to the feed roller after being loosened and re-moved of trashes by anors beater ,and at last to the cylinder for carding between the feed roller and feed table .After substantial trash-removal,the fibre is suctioned onto the drumsurface via a fan with further removal of short fibres and m-icrodust,and delivered by a pair of stripper rollers.And the trashes will be then exhausted out of the trashes will be then exhausted out of the air duct through the blade valve in the dustdopping zong.
