　　尊敬的女士们，先生们：

Good Morning.  On behalf of FONG’S Industries Co. Ltd., I also would like to welcome you to attend this significant event.  2011 is a remarkable year of FONG’S since we became member of China Hi-Tech Group.
　　早上好！我谨代表香港立信工业有限公司欢迎各位前来参加此次重要活动。2011年对立信工业来说是辉煌的一年，这一年我们与中国恒天集团成为一家。

FONG’S merged into CHTC
　　立信工业与中国恒天集团合并

The founder of FONG’S Industries - Mr. Fong Sou Lam sold his majority of shares to China Hi-Tech Group on June. And Mr. Fong senior now remain as our honorable chairman and executive director.
　　在6月份，立信工业的创始人方寿林先生将其大部分股份出售给了中国恒天集团。目前方先生担任我们的荣誉主席兼执行董事。

During an earlier press conference held in Shanghaitex exhibition on June, Mr. Zhang Jie, the chairman of China Hi-Tech Group expressed that through the strategic acquisition of FONG’S Industries, it not only makes FONG’S Industries as the most important global platform for China Hi-Tech group to strengthen it’s dyeing and finishing machinery manufacturing business, it also fulfills the responsibility of China Hi-Tech group to further promote the nationality of the textile industry, and realize the approach from “Textile Great Nation” to “Textile Strong Nation”.
　　在6月份举行的上海纺机展的新闻发布会上，中国恒天集团董事长张杰先生就说过战略并购立信工业，将其打造成为中国恒天集团染整装备机业务上全球最重要的平台之一的同时，中国恒天集团还肩负着进一步振兴民族纺织工业之重任，最终实现从“纺织大国”向“纺织强国”的跨越。

The motto "One-stop GREEN Innovation " and our new launch product JUMBOTEC

As you may aware that our theme for this ITMA of Barcelona is “One-stop GREEN innovation”, which represents our corporate strategy to serve our customers under one single stop of supplies, pre-sales & after-sales services.
　　您可能意识到此次巴塞罗那ITMA上我们的主题就是“一站式环保创新”，这代表了我们公司为我们客户提供一站式供应、售前服务和售后服务的战略。

FONG’S Industries will exhibit various dyeing and finishing equipment among our brands namely FONG’S, THEN and GOLLER, and the yarn conditioning technology of XORELLA brand in the spinning section of the event.
　　在展会的纺纱展上，立信工业将展出立信、特恩（THEN）和高乐（GOLLER）等品牌的各种染整设备，同时还带来纱力拉（XORELLA）品牌的纱线给湿技术。

Among all the exhibits, may I highlight to all of you on the grand launching of FONG’S brand TEC series high temperature dyeing machine and THEN brand LOTUS series airflow dyeing machine.
　　在所有展品中，我将向各位重点介绍隆重推出的立信品牌TEC系列的高温染色机以及THEN品牌的LOTUS系列气流染色机。

“ZERO DISCHARGE – Minimize Fresh Water Consumption
　　“零排放－尽量减少新水耗量

To cope with the new arrangement of ITMA organizer by having a unique research and education pavilion in conjunction with the ITMA event, our member company FWT – FONG’S Water Technology together with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) will jointly present the waste water recycling treatment in the Research and Education Pavilion of the project “ZERO DISCHARGE – Minimize Fresh Water Consumption.
　　为了配合ITMA主办方在ITMA展会上设立一个独特的研究和教育馆这一新安排，立信工业旗下公司立信水务科技有限公司（FWT）将会同香港科技大学（HKUST）在“零排放－尽量减少新水耗量”项目的研究和教育馆中展出废水回收处理技术。

FONG’S Industries strives for continual development to be one stop supplier of not only dyeing and finishing equipments, but also aiming at technological solution for our customer to meet their buyer’s increasing green & carbon foot print concern.
　　立信工业致力于不断发展，不仅要成为印染整设备的一站式供应商，而且还旨在为我们的客户提供技术解决方案，满足客户日益提高的绿色低碳环保要求。

Zhongshan New Factory
　　中山新厂

Last but not the least; I would like to give everyone a brief updates on our new Zhongshan factory project. We have bought a total of 334,520 sq. meters of land in Linhai Industrial Park of Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan respectively in 2010 and 2011. Partial construction works is currently under steady progress.  An additional of 186,000 sq. meters of land is expected to be purchased in later this year or early next year.  The overall investment of this project is approximately RMB822 million equivalent to USD130 million.  Upon completion of this relocation project, our Zhongshan plant will be approximately 5 times of our existing Shenzhen Factory.
　　最后，我想给大家简单介绍下我们中山新厂项目的最近进展。我们分别于2010年和2011年在中山火炬高科技产业开发区的林海工业园购置了总计334，520平方米的土地。部分施工工程目前正在稳步推进中。预计今年年末或者明年年初将追加购置186,000平方米的土地。本项目的总投资大概是8.22亿人民币（合1.3亿美元）。在本搬迁项目完工之时，我们的中山工厂将会是我们现有深圳工厂的大概五倍的规模。
